Zapier, Make and webhooks

Available on Pro and Agency. SourceXray sends one JSON request for every lead, so you can map the name, email, phone, channel, source, campaign, keyword, landing page, first visit and more into Google Sheets, an email tool, a CRM or any other app.

Zapier

1. Create a Zap with the trigger Webhooks by Zapier and the event Catch Hook.
2. Copy the webhook URL Zapier gives you.
3. In SourceXray open Integrations, Zapier, Make and webhooks, paste the URL and save.
4. Click Send test so Zapier can see every field, then map them in your next step.

Make

1. Add the module Webhooks, Custom webhook, click Add and copy the address.
2. Paste it into SourceXray, save, and click Send test while Make is listening.

n8n or your own server

Any public https address that accepts a JSON POST works. Respond with a 2xx status. Each delivery and its result is listed under recent deliveries, so you can spot a failure and fix it.

Filters

Each connection can be limited to one website, to leads from paid ads only, or to confirmed submissions only (forms where a success message was seen). Leads filtered as spam are never sent.
