Lead alerts: email, Slack, Teams, Google Chat and Discord

Alerts are on every plan. Open Integrations, choose an alert type, and pick whether you want every lead, straight away or a daily summary of the last 24 hours, grouped by channel, at the hour you choose. You can limit an alert to one website.

Email

Add up to 10 addresses, separated by commas. Each email has the subject New lead: Sarah Mitchell from Paid Search (Family Law), the one-line source summary, a table of the contact and source details, and an Open in SourceXray button. Hit reply to answer the lead directly.

Slack

1. Go to api.slack.com/apps, click Create New App, choose From scratch and pick your workspace.
2. Open Incoming Webhooks, switch it on, then click Add New Webhook and choose the channel.
3. Copy the webhook URL and paste it into SourceXray.

Microsoft Teams

1. In Teams, open the channel, click the three dots next to its name and choose Workflows.
2. Pick the template Post to a channel when a webhook request is received, then choose the team and channel.
3. Copy the URL it shows at the end and paste it into SourceXray.

Microsoft is retiring the old Office 365 connectors. Workflows is the replacement, and older connector URLs keep working until Microsoft switches them off.

Google Chat

1. In Google Chat, open the space, click its name and choose Apps and integrations.
2. Click Add webhooks, name it SourceXray and save.
3. Copy the webhook URL and paste it into SourceXray.

Webhooks are available on Google Workspace accounts, not personal Gmail.

Discord

1. Open Server Settings, Integrations, Webhooks and click New Webhook.
2. Choose the channel, click Copy Webhook URL and paste it into SourceXray.

Test it

After saving, click Send test. Each integration lists its recent deliveries, so you can see that every alert arrived.
