Available on Pro and Agency. When you connect, SourceXray checks the token and creates its fields in your CRM for you. This takes a few seconds.

HubSpot

  1. In HubSpot (as a super admin), open Development, Legacy apps, click Create legacy app and choose Private. On older accounts it is Settings, Integrations, Private Apps, Create a private app.
  2. Name it SourceXray. On the Scopes tab tick crm.objects.contacts (Read and Write) and crm.schemas.contacts (Read and Write).
  3. Click Create, copy the access token and paste it into SourceXray.

Each lead creates a contact, or updates it if the email already exists. First name, last name and phone are filled, and a property group called SourceXray lead source holds the latest channel, source, medium, campaign, keyword, search query and landing page, the first channel, source, campaign and landing page, the ad click ID, the form, visits before converting and a one-line summary. Use them in views, lists, reports and workflows.

GoHighLevel

  1. Inside the sub-account, open Settings, Private Integrations and click Create new Integration. If you cannot see it, turn it on under Settings, Labs.
  2. Name it SourceXray and add the scopes contacts.write, contacts.readonly, locations/customFields.write and locations/customFields.readonly.
  3. Copy the token (it is shown once) and paste it into SourceXray with the location ID. The location ID is under Settings, Business Profile, or after /location/ in the address bar.

Each lead is created or updated in the sub-account, tagged SourceXray and with its channel (for example Paid Search), with Contact Source set to SourceXray: Paid Search / google and the SourceXray custom fields filled in. Use the tags to start workflows and the fields in smart lists.

Your tokens

Tokens are kept on our servers and are never shown back in your browser after you save them. They are only used to create and update contacts. You can disconnect at any time, and you can revoke the token in your CRM.
